A free community class with Dr. Mary Schmidt

What if your body isn't broken?

Discover why so many people struggle with fatigue, inflammation, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, poor sleep and chronic stress, and why symptoms are often the last sign the body is struggling.

Next class: Tuesday, October 27 in Omaha and Saturday, November 7 in Olympia

Astonishing You: why your body struggles, and how healing begins

Many people are told their labs are normal and still feel far from well. In this relaxed, one-hour class, Dr. Schmidt explains why symptoms usually show up late, what the body is often working around before they do, and how a different approach looks for what is contributing to how you feel.

What we cover

  • What if your body isn't broken? Why the body keeps adapting, and what that costs over time.
  • Normal labs, still struggling? What standard ranges can miss.
  • Symptoms are the last sign. What tends to come before them.
  • A different approach. How we connect the spine, blood chemistry, nutrition and gut health.

The class is free and open to anyone. Bring a family member or friend. No medical advice is given for individual cases, and there is nothing to buy.

I've been helping patients for over 45 years, and one thing continues to amaze me: the body's incredible ability to heal. That's why I'm excited to share this class with our community.
