Free discovery call
A short phone call to talk about your goals and whether we are a good fit. There is no charge for the call.
First visit and testing
A full history and exam. If labs or genetic testing would help, we explain what each test is for and what it costs before ordering.
Your plan
We go over your results with you and write a plan in plain language: care, nutrition and the next steps, in order.
Follow-up
Regular check-ins, in person or virtual, so the plan changes as you do.
